The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For business customers (entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law) and for customers without a place of jurisdiction within the European Union, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the business relationship shall be Karlsruhe, Germany.
